The Spa meet has reached it's last Saturday of 2025. A G1, G2 & G3 are the feaures. I will be condensing my plays down to just the number and attacking the early double (Races 1 & 2) and a spot pick 3 (Races 8-10). Big Pete will attack his "Play of the Days" and the late Pick 3 (Races 11-13). We appreciate you taking a look at this write-up and GOOD LUCK.

Race 3:
(3) TRUST FUND is clicking right now. Back to back wins downstate and Pletcher is hot right now. He will stalk a few of the speeds and come running late.
I’ll use (2) Braciole and (5) What's Up Bro to grab the place spot.

(3) SCYTHIAN has been away since the Breeders Cup and Mott has been looking for a spot to get her going again. He found it. She's been fast in the AM and I'm expecting that to happen this afternoon.
I’ll use (6) Embraceable Gal and (8) Midtown Lights to come late for the place spot.

Race 7:
(3) DELIGHTFUL CLAIRE was a monster last time when Bauer shipped her in. She stayed for this and continues to impress in the AM. All systems go today.
I’ll use (1) Flat Out Time and (4) Stone Smuggler to grab the place spot.

We’ll also use (3) Delightful Claire in R7 and try to cash in on a Daily Double.
(3) Relevance, (6) Dragones and (10) Grittness looks best in the 8th.

Big Pete's Late Pick 3:
Race 11:
(8) TOMMY JOE is built for this 7F. She was visually impressive first time out and she figures to get a similar setup with several speeds wanting the lead. A possible single if you want to cut down on your wager. I'll throw in a sleeper in case she stumbles here. (10) DAY TO DAY is a price with a closing kick. She tries dirt, but the McKinsies can handle anything. She can pass tired horses for a piece of the pie.

Race 12:
(7) WHATCHATALKINABOUT just didn't show up in the mud last time. He didn't miss any workouts, so I'm drawing a line through that one. He breaks outside and shouldn't have any issues from out there to get in stride. I'm guessing he shows up today with a little grudge against these guys. (4) SURVEILLANCE will try to keep Talkin within his sights. These two hit the wire together when they last met, so whoever gets the trip will finish ahead. This also can help stablemate (5) ACOUSTIC AVE get the dream trip if both decide to go at it. Rice won't mind if Surveillance helps out his buddy.

Race 13:
(5) DEBT LIMIT and (12) MAIN BEACH are from Brown, and both look primed for a big run. Of the two, I prefer Main Beach, but he'll need to find the hedge to save some ground, or his stablemate could get the jump on him. (2) CANDYTOWN is the danger from Pletcher. The inside draw is a big advantage as he'll save all the ground and gather momentum turning for home.
