We had a nice day with our plays on Wednesday and we look to remain consistent. I will be looking to take down the early double (Races 1 & 2) and a spot pick 3 that starts the pick 6 sequence (Races 5-7). Big Pete will have some of his "Plays of the Days" and look to close the card with the late pick 3 (Races 8-10). We are expecting some rain in the forecast, so make sure to check for some late scratches. We appreciate you taking a look at this write-up and GOOD LUCK.

Little Pete's $ 2.00 Early Double:

R1: 1, 2

R2: 1, 3, 6, 7 Cost: $16.00

Little Pete's $ 1.00 Spot Pick 3:

R5: ALL

R6: 2, 6

R7: 5, 6, 7, 11 Cost: $ 48.00

Big Pete's $ 1.00 Late Pick 3:

R8: 1, 2, 6, 9

R9 1, 4

R10: 4, 5, 8, 9 Cost: $ 32.00

Little Pete's $2.00 Early Double:

Race 1:

(1) True Castle has revenge on the brain against (2) Anna's Fast.I think it boils down to these two on the lead and leaving the inside post to finally getting that sweet revenge. The workouts coming in and Irad choosing to ride again is what makes me pull the trigger.

$5.00 WP 1 Cost: $10.00

Race 2:

(7) Big Scully is going to improve second time out and had a decent showing first time out and is training consistently well. I think this horse is the likely winner on paper, but looking to give a shot at some of the firsters in here as well. (1) Pipito is coming in with a bullet workout and getting the inside post with Santana, Jr. is a good investment in my book. This horse should shoot from the gate and the field doesn't look monstrous, so will include if left alone early. (3) St. Lukes is training lights out and I will include for the connections, but Rodriguez has his horses significantly better second time out. Last play will be (6) Street Hustle who I really like in here who I see being able to navigate an early trip to find a position behind the pace and have stamina left late to make a decisive move at a decent price.

$3.00 WPS 1 Cost: $9.00

$2.00 Ex 1,7 w/ 1,3,6,7 Cost: $12.00

$1.00 Ex 3,6 w/ 1,3,6,7 Cost: $6.00

Big Pete's "Play of the Day":

Race 3:

(1) TENDERESS gets her track and picks up Jose. She regressed last time for Potts off the claim but ran into a sharp Dancing Tiki as well. She figures to gun to the lead and try to take them all the way. Her dad ran well over muddy tracks and she proved she could handle it last year.

$ 7.00 WPS 1 Cost $ 21.00

$ 7.00 Exacta 1 w/ 3 Cost $ 10.00

We’ll also use (1) Tenderness in R3 and try to crash in on a DAILY DOUBLE play.

$ 7.00 Double 1 w/ 1, 2 Cost $ 14.00

Big Pete's "Play of the Day":

Race 4:

All eyes will be on More Moonshine as that one won easy first time out sprinting. Now they try two turns which could make her vulnerable. I want (1) MISTY VEIL in this spot. She should be all alone up front and with the rail draw, she’ll be able to save some ground around both turns. She’s a nose away from being 3 for 3 on the dirt and was impressive winning here earlier in the meet. All systems go for today.

We use (2) Ice Princess and (5) More Moonshine underneath.

$ 7.00 WPS 1 Cost $ 21.00

$ 7.00 Exacta 1 w/ 2, 5 Cost $ 14.00

Little Pete's Spot Pick 3:

Race 5:

This is going to be a competitive maiden special weight that I think it would be best to invest in them ALL. I think each of these horses has a reason to win this one and with some heavy favorites in the next leg I think this is a smart play. I will be using (4) Sarah Harper and (2) Mun Luv in my vertical plays.

$3.00 WPS 4 Cost: $9.00

$1.00 Ex 2,4 w/ 1,2,3,4,5,6 Cost: $10.00

Race 6:

(2) Gold Panda is my top pick in here and almost thought about singling. Rosario will have an improved horse this time out and should be able to navigate a ground saving trip from the rail throughout. (6) Fenway will be the speed and will be included, but I am playing (2) Gold Panda to catch late down the stretch.

$5.00 WPS 2 Cost: $15.00

$5.00 Ex 2 w/ 6 Cost: $5.00

Race 7:

(7) Claynthelionheart was an impressive winner last time vs NW1X. A must play but he faces slightly better today even though we're off the turf. (11) Backsideofthemoon has lost a step but every now and then he shows up in a big way. Maybe the trainer change and the slight class relief is enough for this gelding. (6) Fortuity stretches out and maintains Saez. He lost to Clay last year but now gets a trainer switch to Sharp for today. With the Empire Maker influence underneath, the distance and off track fits well today. My last play will be (5) Dynadrive who gets Jose Ortiz this time around and going to be looking for the right time to shoot down the lane. I like the chances of this being a bang-bang photo finish.

$3.00 Ex Box 5, 6, 7 Cost: $18.00

Big Pete's Late Pick 3:

Race 8:

(9) KERIK jumps off the page to me in this off the turf claimer. She’s not as fast as some others but seems to handle the mud better than the rest. The Birdstone influence has something to do with that. There’s no way we get the 10:1 ML but if we’re anywhere near that, we may need to put him on top. (2) SUSPENDED CAMPAIGN will likely end up the favorite. Two 3rd place finishes in two sloppy dirt tries and now meets turf runners. Gargan claimed (6) BATTLE BLING two back and then tried turf. A bullet work last week for this should have this filly on her toes today. I’ll take a shot with this gal as Gargan makes them a little better when he’s at the controls.

$ 7.00 WPS 6 Cost $ 21.00

$ 3.00 Ex 6, 9 w/ 1, 2, 6, 9 Cost $ 18.00

Race 9:

(1) SADIE LADY is just better than the rest of these fillies. The only possible issue could be the track condition. She’s only raced on dry dirt in her career but she is out of a Read The Footnotes mare and that guy handled it ok. A possible single but I’ll include one more. (4) HANNAH DANCES is 7 for 11 at Fingerlakes and brings her regular rider with her. It’s worth noting that her dad, Shakin It Up, was a freak on off tracks. If any of that rubs off on her, she can make it interesting late if Sadie Lady feels uncomfortable in the mud. If anything, juice up the exacta.

$ 10.00 Ex 1 w/ 4, 6 Cost $ 20.00

$ 3.00 Ex 4, 6 w/ 1, 4, 6 Cost $ 18.00

Race 10:

(5) POP THE BUBBLY might be all alone up front and with Luis taking the mount, it difference may be a little closer at the end as he’s tough to pass close to home. I’ll give (8) RAINING CANDY a chance to redeem herself after a tardy start sprinting last time. She probably wants more ground to cover. At the 20:1 odds, she's the value in here as I expecting some imrovement second time out. (4) MARVELOUS MAUDE is bred to not mind the mud. Brown leaves her in after a tardy start and closed nicely on the turf. (9) MISS FLINTSHIRE was getting in gear late on the grass. Maybe she'll like the slop and stretching out.

$ 7.00 WPS 6 Cost $ 21.00

$ 3.00 Ex 5, 8 w/ 4, 5, 8, 9 Cost $ 18.00
