We are going to work together to take down the late pick 4. We also have our NY plays on another blog, so make sure to check that out too. We just could not resist one of the biggest days in horse racing each year. We will have a deep dive into races 9-12. Make sure to subscribe to the newsletter to receive notification of new blog posts and a weekly blog sent to your email. GOOD LUCK.

Race 9:

(12) Uni is looking to repeat this year and looks to be in great form for this mile sprint. There is plenty of speed in here for Rosario to sit behind and have that convincing stretch drive to compete for this one. (8) March to the Arch is a horse that I really like in here for an upset. We get Tyler aboard and he will be aggressive enough early to set this horse up to save ground and show off the late speed I think will be critical in this race. (5) Digital Age and (14) Raging Bull are two Chad Brown horses that I think will also benefit from early speed and I do not want to lose on this first leg. We should have a highly competitive race in here.
$5.00 WPS 8 Cost: $15.00
Big Pete:
(11) IVAR's run here last month was very strong. It looks they've been spotting him for this race and they got him in great form to do it today. The two Euro's that I'll use are (2) KAMEKO and (6) SAFE VOYAGE. They are 1M specialist.
$ 7.00 WPS 11 Cost: $21.00
Race 10:
Little Pete:
Big Pete covered (5) Swiss Skydiver who I absolutely love, but think this is a tough spot for her. We have to include but going to add to the ticket with two horses that I like. (8) Valiance has the best rider in the world aboard with Saez and he will be aggressive throughout. He wants this race and has a speed horse underneath him to get that done. (10) Monomy Girl hates to lose, so including because this horse runs a big race every time she steps on the course.
$5.00 WPS 8 Cost: $15.00
Big Pete:
(5) SWISS SKYDIVER is the logical choice as she has been solid all year. I'll try to beat her with (4) HOROLOGIST today. She's improved in each of her last three races and is ready for the big girls. (9) OLLIE'S CANDY hasn't missed any dances this year and remains sharp would be no surprise today.
$ 7.00 WPS 4 Cost: $21.00
Race 11:
Little Pete:
I am going with fan favorite (9) Channel Maker to find the early lead and not look back. I am anticipating a lot of jockeys in here to be calculating their ride throughout the race and Manny will come out and let (9) Channel Maker find the lead and force some early action from the horses behind. I think this horse has turned the corner and will run a huge race in here.
$5.00 WPS 9 Cost: $15.00
Big Pete:
(10) MOGUL just stands out here. Solid campaign this year running in 5 straight 12F races to prepare for this. (2) MAGICAL is the other O'Brien and he gets the stable rider. Both look very strong here. (3) TARNAWA just keeps wining. Three for three this year and shows no sign of let up.
$ 7.00 WPS 10 Cost: $21.00
Race 10:

I know Big Pete loves the favorite in here, but I have to include two more in here. (2) Tiz the Law has been training extremely well and is ready to prove that he is the great horse we all know he is. I expect Manny to have little doubt in his head on what he needs to do and that is find the lead. Let the Saratoga hometown hero run away with this and see what he can do. Last play is another chance for (4) Tom's D'Etat who had a stumbled start last time out against the favorite and just could not win from there. He has been training extremely well and looks revved up to run a big one here.
$5.00 WPS 4 Cost: $15.00
Big Pete:
The main attraction of the day and I can't beat (8) IMPROBABLE. It's Baffert and Irad center stage and I can't see this guy not showing up today.
