We have 11 races on this Saturday at Belmont at the Big A. I will be condensing my plays down to just the number and attacking the early double (Races 1 & 2) and a spot pick 3 (Races 7-9). Big Pete will attack two "Play of the Day" and the late pick 3 (Races 10-12); GOOD LUCK.

Little Pete's $ 10.00 Early Double:

R1: 2, 5

R2: 7, 8 Cost: $ 20.00

Little Pete's $ 1.00 Spot Pick 3:

R6: 2, 3, 7

R7: 3, 4, 5

R8: 3, 6, 8 Cost: $ 27.00

Big Pete's $ 1.00 Late Pick 3:

R9: 1, 4, 5

R10: 1, 2

R11: 1, 7, 9, 10 Cost: $ 24.00

Big Pete's "Play of the Day":

Race 3:

Twenty Six Black and Bold Journey have been going at it all year, and they both look strong today. But, (4) DANCING BUCK has been quietly pointed to this race. The 7-year-old was off for over a year and returned this year showing improvement in both. He went a fast time in his last work and showed that speed he once had last time out. Third time back off the long layoff for this War Dancer, so I'm looking to wire the field today.

$ 7.00 WPS 4 Cost: $ 21.00

$ 3.00 Ex Box 1, 4, 5 Cost: $ 18.00

We'll use (4) Dancing Buck in R3 and try to cash in on a Daily Double.

(7) Grazie or (8) Letmecounttheways in the 4th.

$ 7.00 Daily Double 4 w/ 7, 8 Cost $ 14.00

Race 5:

Cheap maidens are always a mystery, and Rice is logical with her runner Observer. A.P. Slingshot drops, so that is a good angle in these races. But I'm going with the shipper coming in to face fellow NY ladies, (6) IN FACT SHEZA ZASK. Carmouche takes the mount as this filly has the highest speed figure last time out and will try to wire them.

$ 7.00 WPS 6 Cost: $ 21.00

$ 3.00 Ex Box 6, 7, 8 Cost: $ 18.00

We'll use (6) In Fact Sheza Zask in R5 and try to cash in on a Daily Double.

(2) George Briggs or (7) Outsource in the 6th.

$ 5.00 Daily Double 6 w/ 2, 7 Cost $ 10.00

Big Pete's Late Pick 3:

Race 9:

(4) AWESOME CZECH has been solid this year, beating a few of these already. A similar effort should put her right there again. Her nemesis, (5) MOONAGE DAYDREAM keeps her honest and always comes to play. She too can take this with the right trip. I want the hedge runner, (1) SPINNING COLORS in this spot. She draws nicely as the first turn comes quick, and saving all the ground is a must. Her speed can set up shop early and lull them to sleep up top.

$ 7.00 WPS 1 Cost: $ 21.00

$ 3.00 Ex Box 1, 4, 5 Cost: $ 18.00

Race 10:

(2) IRON DOME was second to a decent runner last time vs. open company. Now he returns to NY with a weak field, in my opinion. If he runs his race, the rest are running for second. I'll lean heavily on this one but include a saver in case the trip took something out of him. (1) DOC SULLIVAN moves back in with NY-breds too. It's his first time going two turns in over a year, and the Solominis usually get this far. I'm hoping the big effort last time for Iron Dome softened him up for Rosario to catch him late.

$ 7.00 WPS 1 Cost: $ 21.00

$ 10.00 Ex Box 1, 2 Cost: $ 20.00

Race 11:

(9) NEW YORK SCRAPPY has several races that win this today. I'll use in case he runs one of those again. (1) OAT COUTURE managed to collect some checks in each outing. More of the same today. I like both runners switching to the turf for the first time. Both (10) KAZ OIL CHANGER and (7) SOLO JIM exit the same race won by Undisputed on the dirt. I think the surface change helps both. I'll lean more on Solo Jim.

$ 7.00 WPS 7 Cost: $ 21.00

$ 3.00 Ex 7, 10 w/ 1, 7, 9, 10 Cost: $ 18.00
