We have a Spring-like afternoon of racing at Aqueduct and we are once again locked in to cashing some tickets. I will be condensing my plays to the numbers and looking to take down the early double (Races 1-2) and a middle pick 3 ( Races 4-6 ). Big Pete will have his full breakdown on his "Play of the Day" and try to cash another late pick 3 (Races 7-9). We appreciate you taking a look at this write-up and GOOD LUCK.

Little Pete's $ 5.00 Early Double:

R1: 1, 1A - Entry

R2: 3, 5 Cost: $ 10.00

Little Pete's $ 1.00 Spot Pick 3:

R4: 2, 5

R5: 5, 8, 9, 10

R6: 1, 4, 7 Cost: $ 24.00

Big Pete's $ 1.00 Late Pick 3:

R7: 1, 6

R8: 2, 8, 10

R9: 2, 8, 9, 11 Cost: $ 24.00

Big Pete's "Play of the Day":

Race 3:

Never Early ran away and hid from the MCL 20k runners last time but he didn't beat much. Some have returned from that race and did not show up. This is a perfect time to bet against a short price. I'll flip a coin with (3) HEADS OR TAILS. Gomez sticks with this gelding as they cut back slightly and show speed. His maiden win was just as impressive as the favorites romp. He can sit just behind the two front runners and take over the last furlong.

$ 7.00 WPS 3 Cost $ 21.00

$ 3.00 Ex 3, 6 w/ 3, 4, 6 Cost $ 12.00

Big Pete's Late Pick 3:

Race 7:

A short field to kick this off and I'm not a fan of the ML favorite Make Mischief. She has a shot but I'll try to beat her. I want the Empire Maker filly (6) CAFE SOCIETY. Jose is off to a fast start as this gal has responded well with L1 two back. She was thrown into stakes company right after her maiden score and it wasn't that bad of an experience. Some time off followed and she looks to be back. (1) DEFAULT PROTECTION has started strong for Brown. After a bumpy start in her debut, she has rattled off two straight winning both by daylight. She's the filly to beat and a must use for me.

$ 7.00 WPS 6 Cost $ 21.00

$ 3.00 Ex 1, 6 w/ 1, 5, 6 Cost $ 12.00

Race 8:

The entry will attract most of the attention as Brown has two capable starters of getting their picture taken. (2) KURAMATA and (2B) FLOP SHOT have similar runnings styles of stalking and pouncing late. Their work tab is similar both should be heard from today. (8) BUY LAND AND SEE is my wise guy pick. He was stakes caliber a year or two ago before he took a year off. He has slowly made some progress in the right direction and this Cairo Prince looks dangerous as he gets back on the grass for his 2022 campaign. (10) WORTH A SHOT is just that. He's been first or second 6 out of 7 times and takes a slight jump up the ladder. His numbers match up well so we'll include.

$ 7.00 WPS 8 Cost $ 21.00

$ 3.00 Ex 2, 8 w/ 2, 8, 10 Cost $ 12.00

Race 9:

(9) BELARUS moves to the turf. That's what the breeding suggests what she should do. The fact that Jose is added to the mix just puts the cherry on top for me. (8) ACT OF CONGRESS is a firster with a bullet work that should also like the grass. If she can break sharply, Castellano might want to be aggressive with her as this race lacks speed. (11) CROSSTALK was a big price in her debut and showed some speed. The outside post is a little concern as she'll look to save ground. (2) OAK LOVES A FIGHT has been away since the Spa meet. She showed some late gain when sprinting there which is not an easy thing to do on that course at that distance. I like the cutback for her and Noda is off to a decent start.

$ 7.00 WPS 9 Cost $ 21.00

$ 3.00 Ex 2, 9 w/ 2, 8, 9, 11 Cost $ 18.00
