We've made it to March as we start another week of racing at the Big A. I will be condensing my plays down to just the numbers and attacking the early double. (Races 1 & 2) and a spot pick 3 (Races 3-5). Big Pete will attack his "Play of the Day" and the late pick 3 (Races 6-8). We appreciate you taking a look at this write-up and GOOD LUCK.

Big Pete's "Play of the Day":
Race 3:
(1) SCARLET'S DREAM will fly under the radar in this NW2L sprint. She was claimed three back and ran well versus this level before trying slightly better. Now they bring her back and put her in with her friends. The 7F works well for her and she'll save ground with the rail draw. Elliot returns and I'm looking for her speed figures from early last year to also return.
I’ll use (3) Cara's Dreamweaver and (4) Chocolatechocalate underneath for the exacta.

Big Pete's Late Pick 3:
Race 6:
(2) LOOMS BOLDLY has speed and there's not a lot signed on here. She usually doesn't last but the cut back and lack of early pressure gives him a huge advantage. (8) STEWIE is the stalking presence that will keep Looms Boldly honest. But any bad step and he's in trouble. I'll try to catch them both with the only closer that I think can make up ground late. (7) BRAVE BEAR has some high speed figures in his pp's and the slight drop in class can make him dangerous late.

Race 7:
(5) WHAT'S UP BRO has speed and an aggressive rider to put him on the lead. He is in and out of several barns as he was claimed 4 out of the last 5 races. He's catching some eyes so he's a player. (3) BERRY FUNNY has some decent figures that make him a player. He gets Jose today. Manny ends up on the Weaver gelding (6) SUPER SWIFT. They likely get first jump on Bro and goes back on the medication.

Race 8:
This one looks wide open but I'll focus on two of them. (2) TINSELTOWN is fresh off the Rice claim and gets Prat. He showed speed two back and that will be the plan today. We'll see if he gets caught. I'll try to reel him in with (6) TAMPA STORM. He drops a level which will help his closing kick. I'll focus on these two but include a first timer. (8) LANGUID comes in for the other Chad barn who are having a meet. He doesn't need to be a superstar against these.
