A 9 race card on this Thursday at the Big A. I will be condensing my plays down to just the numbers and attacking the early double (Races 1 & 2) and a spot pick 3 (Races 4-6). Big Pete will attack his "Play of the Day" and the late pick 3 (Races 7-9). We appreciate you taking a look at this write-up and GOOD LUCK.

Big Pete's "Play of the Day":
Race 3:
(7) BILLY WHITE SHOES has the highest speed figure of this group both that was going longer. I like the cut back today and the outside draw to stay clear of any traffic. This guy has a closing kick so all Luzzi has to do is keep him straight and out of trouble.
I’ll use (3) Snare and (5) Dew underneath for the exacta.

Big Pete's Late Pick 3:
Race 7:
(5) MAZAYAAT and (8) PRACTICAL LOVE come out of the Sept 21st with decent efforts and now cut back slightly. Mott has them both on their toes with a bullet work for this. Brown gives (7) SENZA PAROLE a breather by dropping down from a G2 attempt last time. Adding Prat this time makes this gal tough to leave off your ticket. (2) DESPO'S DREAM is the wise guy as she finished right behind Senza first time out for Rice and was wide for most of the trip.

Race 8:
Weaver has three in here. One will try to wire them, one will stalk, and the winner will come from off the pace. That looks like (4) BOOMINGTON to me. She was idling for some of the G2 Ms Grillo last time and then made up some ground late in the race. Clear sailing today, and Johnny V gets her home. (1) SHE'S COUNTRY will get the first jump on her stablemate and will have to hold her off. Brown is always tough to leave out, so (5) MARIA CALLAS seems logical after an impressive maiden score. The sleeper is (9) SACRED GODDESS. She had a rough trip when she raced up North in Canada and now moves back to the turf against NY Breds. The 1M seems okay for her, but Santana will have to save some ground somewhere.

Race 9:
(8) TIZ FREEDOM woke up last time when they switched to turf. The barn now switches to their go-to guy. Pletcher and Karmouche team up again on (5) OPERATION OVERLOAD and will try to steal this up front. The lack of speed in here makes this guy very dangerous. The only other one I'll try is (6) DISCLAIMER. He stumbled at the start in his last and was gaining late in that one. The speed figure from that tops this group, so if someone goes with the front runner, he'll be dangerous late.
