I will be taking down the early double (Races 1-2) and a middle pick 3 ( Races 4-6) . Big Pete will have his full breakdown on his "Play of the Day" and the late pick 3 ( Races 7-9 ). We appreciate you taking a look at this write-up and GOOD LUCK.

R9: 1, 2, 4

Big Pete's "Play of the Day":

Race 3:

The favorites exit a very slow race last month and I want no part of that race. I’ll lean on (1) KAZ SUGAR BANK to hold his own facing his fellow NY Breds for the first time. He ships in with a solid second and posted a decent number in the process. He gets introduced to Franco and should get a stalking position with the rail draw. It’s still one turn and his dad was a 1M specialist.

$ 7.00 WPS 1 Cost $ 21.00

We’ll use him with (4) Thrill Of It and (6) Colloquy underneath

$ 7.00 Exacta 1 w/ 4, 6 Cost $ 14.00

We’ll also use Kaz Sugar Bank in a DAILY DOUBLE play.

Both (3) Jerry The Nipper and (5) Full Court Press look solid in the 4th

$ 7.00 Double 1 w/ 3, 5 Cost $ 14.00

Big Pete's Late Pick 3:

Race 7:

This race runs through (2) CORE CONVICTION. Brown took a shot in the Jazil but this guy doesn’t want any part of two turns. They cut him back to his preferred 6.5F and will likely control throughout. For that reason, I’m going to single him to kick off this late Pk3. The other Pharoah, American Monarch, just cleared the NW1X last time and moves up. I’ll take a stand against this one and look for a price to sneaky underneath. That would be (1A) JEMOGRAPHY. This NY Bred will get overlooked at the windows but has the late kick to pass the tiring horses. Most will try to challenge the favorite but this guy wants no part of the pace and will hope the others back up.

$ 15.00 Ex WPS 2 w/ 1 Cost $ 15.00

Race 8:

A competitive East View as several look to be live. (5) YO CUZ has done nothing wrong and figures to be present early and often. A must use but she may have plenty of company today to soften her up. There are two that I will try to beat her today. (4) SANDY’S GARDEN may be slightly faster than the favorite and I’m looking for her Franklin Square race to show up here. She gave Sterling Silver all she could handle so if she can find that same race, they’ll have trouble reeling her in. The closer I want is (3) STONE CREATOR. She couldn’t get to Cuz but the race sets up better for her today. Multi speeds and a little more distance.

$ 7.00 WPS 4 Cost $ 21.00

$ 3.00 Ex 3, 4 w/ 3, 4, 5, 6 Cost $ 18.00

Race 9:

With Matoula scratching out it sure looks like the entry has the upper hand. Rudy puts the bug on (1) CALIBOGUE SOUND and the instruction may be to just go as far as you can. With this bunch, all the way is very likely. The other half may bail them out as (1A) RED PEPPER GRILL can sit a wait for Manny’s cue to come after her stable mate. A must use but I will try to beat both with (2) MEBS WEB. She’s not much to look at on paper as the 2 for 34 record jumps off the page but she may have finally found the right field. (4) KEEPMYEYEONTHEBOYS should provide some early heat with the favorite which will help set up Web’s somewhat closing kick. A few of her recent races might be enough with a little help from the front runners tiring. It’s now or never for this 12:1 ML.

$ 7.00 WPS 2 Cost $ 21.00

$ 3.00 Ex 1, 2 w/ 1, 2, 4 Cost $ 12.00
