Football and the return to Aqueduct as we have the entire Sunday card covered. I will be locked in to the early double (Races 1 & 2) and a spot pick 3 (Races 4-6). Big Pete has found a 6:1 shot for his "Play of the Day" and the late pick 3 (Races 7-9). We appreciate you taking a look at this write-up and GOOD LUCK.

Little Pete's $ 2.00 Early Double:

R1: 1, 4, 7

R2: 3, 7, 8 Cost: $18.00

Little Pete's $ 1.00 Spot Pick 3:

R4: 1, 3, 5, 9

R5: 1, 2, 8

R6: 2, 4, 6, 7 Cost: $48.00

Big Pete's $ 1.00 Late Pick 3:

R7: 6, 7, 9 ,11

R8: 4, 6, 11, 12

R9: 1, 3, 10 Cost: $ 48.00

Little Pete's Early Double:

Race 1:

(7) Next Tuesday is a must play in here for me with the best speed coming in and best performance to date. I will be playing Jose Ortiz to find the rail early and wait for the moment to run down the front runners. (1A) Royally Blue is the choice of the entries I like coming into this one. Luis Saez will give this horse an aggressive ride throughout and will have an improved effort with this being second time out and a class drop. (4) Amazing Dream gets back to dirt and should have enough speed to be involved throughout.

$3.00 WPS 7 Cost: $9.00

$2.00 Ex Box 1,4,7 Cost: $12.00

Race 2:

(7) Majestic Tiger looks to be the class of the field and will translate well to the dirt. I trust Irad to be able to sit behind the pace and run down the field late. (3) Damilano will be set up on the rail and be able to close strongly against this claiming field. (8) Bail Out of the Bank is a Linda Rice firster that I will give a try from the outside. Eric Cancel should be able to sit right behind the pace and let this horse run his strongest race late, especially with those workouts coming in.

$3.00 WPS 7 Cost: $9.00

$2.00 Ex Box 3,7,8 Cost: $12.00

Big Pete's "Play of the Day":

Race 3:

The focus appears is on the front runner Abaan. He appears to be lone speed but I think he is being used to introduce us to Pletcher’s “other” runner (6) GLOUCESTERSHIRE. This 3yr old gets his first US race today and adds L1. With Flintshire in his pocket, we know he can get this 11F marathon and gets the services of Saez. He’ll likely sit off his stable mate and kick home when Luis pulls the trigger for bragging rights in the barn.

I’ll use with (5) Southern District and (7) Abaan underneath.

$ 7.00 WPS 6 Cost $ 21.00

$ 7.00 Ex 6 w/ 5, 7 Cost $ 14.00

Little Pete's Spot Pick 3:

Race 4:

(5) Sandrone is my top pick getting Luis Saez aboard again and possessing that speed. This horse should be a tough catch late. (1) Whistler's Honor has the inside post and some nice workouts leading in; I will give a play. (3) BuckorTwo has a nice race coming in and will be poised to run down (5) Sandrone late. (9) My Friend Duke is my last play who is coming in strong with workouts and will be aggressively ridden by Jose Ortiz.

$3.00 WPS 5 Cost: $9.00

$2.00 Ex 5,9 w/ 1,3,5,9 Cost: $12.00

$1.00 Ex 1,3 w/ 1,3,5,9 Cost: $6.00

Race 5:

(1A) Foxtail is the horse I am leaning towards in here. I think Lezcano will be able to navigate a nice ground saving trip and have a "fresh" horse late. (2) Subiaco is going to be aggressively ridden from the rail and trust this horse to have enough left in the tank to compete. My last play will be (8) Double Doink who is going to be ont he lead and Kendrick is going to bully horses trying to pass late.

$3.00 Ex Box 1,2,8 Cost: $18.00

Race 6:

(2) Swinton had an impressive debut on the lead and was caught late. This horse should run a similar style race and the experience should help with stamina. (4) Forty Comets is a horse I really like in here to be able to sit behind the pace and break his maiden; this horse is my top play. (6) Brew Pub is a good horse that is running in good form; I need to include. (7) B C Glory Days has the early speed I like in here and should be a handful late if left alone on the lead.

$3.00 WPS 4 Cost: $9.00

$2.00 Ex 4,7 w/ 2,4,6,7 Cost: $12.00

$1.00 Ex 2,6 w/ 2,4,6,7 Cost: $6.00

Big Pete's Late Pick 3:

Race 7:

(9) WAR TERMINATOR comes off a mini vacation before likely heading south for the winter. Both his starts this spring will make him the horse to beat. If we see that guy, the rest may be running for 2nd. I landed on (7) COTTON as he cuts back to a preferred sprint. Cancel got to the front mid stretch but they couldn’t hold on. The 6F should make a better fit for him. (11) SARATOGA FLASH also gets back to sprint. His best two races have come doing just that. (6) KING ANGELO has speed and Irad to put them into the conversation. If Irad can catch a breather somewhere, he mat forget to stop.

$ 7.00 WPS 7 Cost $ 21.00

$ 3.00 Ex 7, 9 w/ 6, 7, 9, 11 Cost $ 21.00

Race 8:

Similar to R7, another runner is coming off a vacation and attracting money. (6) WHITE FROST is two for two on the turf with one of them a G3. Mott and Jr return after a 10 Month absence and I can’t leave out. If she’s right, she’ll be tough. I can’t resist the 12:1 ML on (12) FLOWN. Her G3 Regret jumps off the page and she picks up Jose. She likes 2nd but I’m guessing Walsh has figured that out with se meaningful works leading up to this. She’s ready to grow up today. (11) RUNAWAY RUMOUR is building a nice resume as she normally hits the board. Two 2nd place finishes in G2’s should have her on her toes today. (4) GAM’S MISSION may not want to go far so the cutback and return of Saez are two positive signs that she can get back on track to winning races.

$ 7.00 WPS 12 Cost $ 21.00

$ 3.00 Ex 6, 12 w/ 4, 6, 11, 12 Cost $ 18.00

Race 9:

We end it with a very rough group of NW2L claimers. Many of these will likely spend their careers at this level but I found three that I think can move on today. If Rainbow Gal is ok, she is logical but I don’t trust the major drop and layoff. (10) SWEETER managed to get 2nd first off the claim for Englehart two back, and then tried better. She returns and so does Cancel. I’ll give them the nod. (3) BONUS BABY has been going long, trying turf and facing much better. They get a little more realistic and put her where she belongs today. Davis returns and her best race has come at this 7F distance. We get two for one with the entry, but I prefer (1) CARLY HUSTLE. Her last three dry track performances would be enough against this group and Lezcano is off to a good start. Look for her stable mate to put pressure up front and set up Carly to come late for the money.

$ 7.00 WPS 1 Cost $ 21.00

$ 3.00 Ex 1, 10 w/ 1, 3, 10, 11 Cost $ 18.00
