Big Pete's "Play of the Day":

Race 3:

The entry will attract a lot of attention as Falcone is off to a good start. They both have speed but there are others way outside that will want the lead too. I want a stalker in here that will wait for the speeds to battle it out and then come with her run. (5) LOVE’S MISERY fits that style. Her lone dirt try is fast enough for this turf meant group and leading rider Carmouche takes the mount again and Atras is hitting over 50% in the money.

$ 10.00 WPS 5 Cost $ 30.00

$ 3.00 Ex Box 1, 5, 10 Cost $ 18.00

Big Pete's Late Pick 3:

Race 7:

We’ll use several in here as this one came up competitive. (7) ESOTICA scored for Brown in the mud last time posting the highest number for this group. She meets slightly better but should be up to the challenge. (10) GRUDGE comes in fresh off the Atras claim and gets speed rider. She will just go and try to hold on. That said, (12) IMPAZIBLE DONNA needs some speed to show up to create a target. She returned from a layoff to run a decent 3rd to better and picks up Jose. I landed on (6) RUVIES IN TIME fresh off the Rudy claim. When she faces NY Breds, she’s a force. Her Videogenic score on this track last year would dominate this field and Rudy seems to have her ready with steady works leading up to this.

$ 7.00 WPS 6 Cost $ 21.00

$ 3.00 Ex 6, 7 w/ 6, 7, 10, 12 Cost $ 18.00

Race 8:

The old timer (5) MY BOY TATE got by Lobsta last time but couldn’t finish him off. I don’t think the latter gets an easy lead today and the real BOY will show up. (1) ALPHA CHI RHO will have to go from the rail. If he can clear, Jose may have the advantage if he can catch a breather. I like (2) CHESTERTOWN moving back in against NYBreds and the 7F is perfect for him. He’s shown improvement in his last two trying to run down NY Traffic and Happy Medium. His best races have come on this track and he gets Lezcano back. I’m all in with this grey TAPIT.

$ 7.00 WPS 2 Cost $ 21.00

$ 3.00 Ex 2, 5 w/ 1, 2, 3, 5 Cost $ 18.00

Race 9:

Baker has given (3) ROYAL CURRENCY some time off after a 2nd place finish at the Spa. 3rd place finisher, Caragate, returned to score next time out. No need to Overanalyze this one as I’m expecting her to be ready to roll 2nd time out. (4) BELARUS is also expected to bounce back with the addition of L1. I’m drawing a line through her last and we’re left with two solid races that make her tough in here. (13) TWIST JUST RIGHT picks up Jose and get L1. She has speed so if she can clear from out there, they could go all the way. (10) RIBOT’S VALENTINE had minor trouble at the break and managed to finish well to get 2nd. She can stay clear of trouble from out there and Davis can bide his time and let her loose late.

$ 7.00 WPS 3 Cost $ 21.00

$ 3.00 Ex 3, 10 w/ 3, 4, 10, 13 Cost $ 18.00
