Let's spend this Friday at Aqueduct on this cold afternoon! I will be condensing my plays to just the number and will be taking down the early double (Races 1-2) and a middle pick 3 ( Races 4-6 ) . Big Pete will have his full breakdown on his "Play of the Day" and the late pick 3 ( Races 7-9 ). We appreciate you taking a look at this write-up and GOOD LUCK.

Big Pete's "Play of the Day":
Race 3:
There appears to be enough speed signed on for a closer/stalker to run them down. (3) ROOSKI is a NY Bred facing open company but both of his wins have come when she did just that. There should be 3 or 4 in here that will gun to the front and Vargas will likley set up shop just behind them. With L1 added, she should continue to improve and come home strong.

Big Pete's Late Pick 3:
Race 7:
(9) JUST RIGHT may have the front all to himself but will have to work for it from that outside post. With the added distance, he doesn't need to use himself as much with the long backstretch in front of him. (7) AMERICAN RULE goes out for a hot barn. Jose may also try to get to the front. (2) CRYPTO CASH gets a fast track and a new barn that produces. He's raced ok at this level before so the jump isn't that concerning. (4) DARK STORM doesn't win often but usually gets a call or two in the stretch. Dylan takes over and they cut back slightly.

Race 8:
We'll try to get by with two in here as the favorite scratches out. (4) SOUTH AFRICA may inherit the speed. He took some time off but his return wasn't so hot. He did show up last time against open company but couldn't overcome a wide trip and steadying. He gets the lighter Jose and will play catch me if you can. (6) BRONX BOMBER will need the speed or speeds to back up. He seems to like this Aqueduct surface and gets the hot McCarthy.

Race 9:
Vasquez drops (6) MY LAST MISSION and adds L1. He will look for the lead early and try to bottom out this field. The three outside runners are also dropping from MSW to MCL. (9) WICKOSITY, (10) DANCING WITH RICO and (11) KOOSMAN figure to improve against these weaker foes.
