Eight races on this Chilly Friday of racing at the Big A. I will be condensing my plays down to just the numbers and attacking the early double starting in R2 (Races 1 & 2) and a spot pick 3 (Races 3-5). Big Pete will attack his "Play of the Day" and the late pick 3 (Races 6-8). We appreciate you taking a look at this write-up and GOOD LUCK.

Big Pete's "Play of the Day":
Race 3:
(3) TAHILA has not run on dirt yet but is bred to handle either surface. She drops to the bottom here and Clement will have her dressed up for someone to take her. Should get a nice set up to catch them late.
I’ll use (2) Lookie Here and (4) Sabby Sunset underneath for the exacta.

We’ll also use (3) Tahila in R3 and try to cash in on a Daily Double.
(4) Shoot The Nickel and (6) Ez Roll in the 4th.

Big Pete's Late Pick 3:
Race 6:
(4) FORGONE cut back to 6F last time and beat up on maidens posting a nice speed figure. Doesn't need to improve much against these. (5) BRAVE BUCK will take some action as this barn keeps winning. A solid 2nd against similar makes this gelding the one to beat. Stable rider returns. (6) APOLLO CODE forgot to stop last time. His speed figure that day tops everyone in here and should be on top turning for home again. He gets an aggressive rider that can carry him to the wire.

Race 7:
(10) TOP OF THE TABLE has speed to be a problem for these. The outside draw doesn't help though so the break will be important and the jock will need to find the rail at some point. (6) RACHEL'S ROCK continues to drop in search of some friends. She was claimed back in May and went to the shelf until now. Her workout tab has been every week now and the last one was a sharp bullet for this. She seems live to me on this comeback. (1) MITOLE'S GIRL will get some play as she goes out first time for Cox. She was ok this past summer and then tailed off. I'm expecting her to bounce back with a decent effort today.

Race 8:
(10) BECK'S DREAMER looms large as he goes out for his new barn and drops slightly. Jose takes over and will just have to keep him out of trouble. He looks like a single but there's always a chance that they are damaged goods when they drop to the basement level. Franco couldn't hang on with (9) FREEDOM MAKER last time but he faced pressure that day. He might be all alone today. The sleeper I'll inlcude is (7) POWERED BY COAL. He's tried dirt in his last two and showed some promise. Now they drop him to the lowest level and may have him on display for someone to take him. If the Rice runner is damaged goods, he's 2nd best runner of this bunch.
