We are looking to keep our streak going into this Saturday card at the Big A. We have been able to cash in a PK3 play in each of the two race days this week. We will again be attacking a pair of pick 3 plays that cover the pick 6 sequence. I will be focused on races 5-7 and Big Pete will close the card with races 8-10. We also will have our "Play of the Day" on a race we would like to try and improve our bankroll on. We thank you for taking the time to read this write-up and we look forward to cashing some tickets! Race 3:
I am going to beat (5) LetMeTakeThisCall with (2) Jump For Joy. I think that Cancel will be able to stalk behind the (5) and be able to pick his spot as to when to run by. I also like the (2) Lady by Choice to run a big race in here and we may be able to cash in a bit on this short field. I think it is worth a try..

Big Pete's "Play of the Day":
Race 1:
Three of the five want and need the lead. I’ll let them go at it up front and give (1) FAIR REGIS a chance to reel them in. She has run figures in her past that match up to the two favorites and she looks like she may have her swagger back. She’ll get a perfect set up if this 7yr old can take a stroll down memory lane. We’ll try to gun down both favorites.

Little Pete's Spot Pick 3:
Race 5:
My top pick of (7) Caramel Cream was scratched out of this one, so had to change my play based on how I think the race will be run now. I do like the two favorites to the inside, (1) Lovely Lady Lexi and (2) DublinOrNothin. I think that both of these horses will be able to break well from the gate and look for their opportunity to come rushing home come stretch drive. I also will include (6) Movie Score who I think will seek out the early lead and get a bit of a head start on the field. This horse is going to possibly be able to set her own fractions up front and if left alone then could possibly run on with this one.

Race 6:
I think that this race is going to be highly competitive and could make a case for a majority of the field. I landed on four horses that I like in here and can only hope for the race to be run exactly how I picture it (It always does). (2) Twelfth Labour has the speed and the distance relief should allow this horse to find the lead and challenge his foes to catch him. Manny should be able to work out a rail trip in here and if they allow this horse to dictate fractions, then will be a tough catch late. (1) Rejected Again I like to be forwardly placed as well and we can anticipate Reylu to use the post position to his advantage. I think that this horse will either be on the lead early or stalking right behind it. This horse could sustain a big run in here by saving ground and be a threat come stretch drive. (9) Clench has the outside post position, but I think Carmouche will be able to workout a late closing trip in here. I think there possibly could be others in here who challenge the front runners and I like Kendrick to work out a late trip to win this one. (7) Zaevion is a really interesting horse in here who I think will perform very well towards the front early. This horse has shown speed in previous races and could be on his "A" game today.

Race 7:
I really like (9) Dark Storm in here to run a winning race. I think that this horse matches Cancel's preferred late surging running style and the field looks to have some early pressers for the pace. With that said, I think that opens up a late drive down the stretch for this horse to win this one. (2) Malibu Pro will be forwardly placed in here and the head start in here could pay off with a trip to the winner's circle, so will also include. (5) Supreme Aura is going to be on the lead and if left alone then I like Manny to work out a trip to sustain a huge effort in here.

Big Pete's Late Pick 3:
Race 8:
(1A) SIRENIC seems to run better on a dry track and she gets it today. If you draw a line through her last, she’s been competitive for Rice so far. She’ll have her entrymate to target coming into the stretch. (10) MISS MI MI has finished ahead of Sirenic then lost to her. Here’s the rematch. She should have plenty of speed to set up her late kick. I like the stretch out to this 1M for her and Franco gives her a try for the first time. A lot to like. (8) FLAT AWESOME JENNY should also like the distance change. She has two strong efforts this winter and two not so nice. She’ll likely stalk the speeds and get first jump on them.

Race 9:
(3) DOUBLY BLESSED has been on a roll lately and shows no signs of letting up. With Empire Maker and Bernardini in his blood lines, stamina will not be a issue. We’ll get a decent price with the rail runner getting all the attention. (11) SUPER DUDE is the outsider I’ll include. The 11F will help this plodder as he just seems to maintain the same speed all the way around. He may look like he’s moving forward but most of these will be backing up. (1) MUSICAL HEART will take some action here. He’s been facing better and holding his own. I just don’t trust him getting this far. He’ll have company up front and that may wear him down late. (4) HEIRLOOM KITTEN is a major threat. The more turns the better for this Kitten’s Joy. He’ll wear them down late if Pablo can keep him out of traffic.

Race 10:
We’ll focus on the outside runners to close in late. (11) SEVEN LILIES drops in for a tag and attracts Franco. His 1/30 win would be good enough to beat this crew. He’ll need the speed to back up. (12) HONORABLE SERVICE has a similar running style as Lilies and has made steady improvement for Rudy. The extra furlong will help him get there today. (8) THE QUEENS JULES may get overlooked. She doesn’t jump off the page but Englehart claimed him two back and he responded well first out for him. He wasn’t far from Ninth Hour two back and that one jogged yesterday. I’ll give him the nod. (2) FOX RED is fresh off the claim and gets Cancel. That will draw a lot of attention but Red needs to be included on his own merits as there’s not much speed.
