We are lucky to have some racing on a Monday at the Big A with the postponement from yesterday's card. We are going to look to take down a pair of pick 3 plays that cover the pick 6 sequence. I will be focused on races 3-5 and Big Pete will be locked on to races 6-8. We also will have our "Play of the Day" on the other two races to cover the entire card today. Little Pete's "Play of the Day":

Race 2:

Big scratches in this one with the two inside horses I liked being scratched. I think this opens up the door for the (6) Home Run Maker to run a big one against this field. Manny should be aggressive from the outside post and be able to place this horse in a stalking position around the turn. This horse has a nice workout leading in and I think will be ready to run a winning race this time out.

Big Pete's "Play of the Day":

Race 1:

(3) WILL E SUTTON has some fast works and is getting a lot of chatter. Thomas gives him a rabbit to target and looks solid in the opener. He’ll be short odds so we’ll look to nail the exacta. (1) Atlantic Road and (2) Nepotism are on the improve and can easily get into the place.

We’ll also use Will E Sutton in R1 and try to cash in on a DAILY DOUBLE play.

(5) Clench and (6) Home Run Maker look solid in the 2nd

Little Pete's Spot Pick 3:

Race 3:

We are scratched down to three in he Ruthless and I do not see it being worth it to make a strong opinion on just one horse in here. For that reason I am taking the field with (5) Gulf Coast being my top selection in here. I anticipate (1) Miss Brazil to find the early lead in this one and have (2) Dealing Justice and (5) Gulf Coast sitting right behind her waiting for the stretch drive. Then I expect Manny to run on with this one late.

Race 4:

The two favorites in here look very good to me in here and if (2) Dealing Justice runs a big race in the third then I do not think it will be worth looking to try and beat these two. Both of these horses will be forwardly placed and (6) O'Gotten Girl should be able to break her maiden in this one. The inside post for (1) Mo Desserts is a great spot to be and we should expect this horse to have great positioning throughout, which could make this horse the strongest late.

Race 5:

The two inside horses of (1) Violent Trick and (2) Viradia are exiting the same race where they ran first and second, and I think will be dangerous in here as well. I am excluding the (3) Mongolian Humor who ran third to the horses to her inside as I don't think this horse is in similar form to the others mentioned. (4) Nasty Affair is my closer in here who I think will benefit from the inside horses dueling early in this 8 furlongs race. (6) Take Charge Tina is my last play who is getting back to lower level company and will be forwardly placed as well in here.

Big Pete's Late Pick 3:

Race 6:

(1) SIRENIC met some of these last time but that came over a wet track. Rice had her going in the right direction until then. I’m looking for this gal to rebound here and turn in a good performance. (5) PRINCESS COREY will take some money today as she’s done nothing wrong in two starts off a year hiatus. There’s not a lot of speed signed on here so Carmouche likely will go right from go. (7) MISS MI MI and (6) CADEAU DEPAIX will both have to overcome the possibly controlled pace. They need other to put pressure on the favorite.

Race 7:

(6) BACKSIDEOFTHEMOON has two strong wins at this distance and track. We’re looking for Rudy to get him back on track. (2) SOMEDAY JONES has been active in the claim box. He has a few races that match up to the favorite and Maker calls on Davis to get him there. I’m interested in the outsider here. (7) AMERICAN RULE has been sprinting for most of his career and has been double digit odds as well. His last two races are different than the norm. He started going longer and the 9F last month was by far his best effort to date. Now he gets in light with the bug switch and has shown speed. I can ‘t resist.

Race 8:

We’ll use four in here as we reached the bottom on the barrel. Dublinornothin beat most of these in January, then returned to win again this week. I like (6) MOVIE SCORE a little more than (7) DIRTY BIRD We’ll key on these two to close out this Pk3. (8) WHYISSHESOOLUCKY drops in for this and Cancel is summoned. The likely favorite. (2) PERSIAN QUEEN also drops. Klesaris is enjoying a good meet and the 7F fits.
