Nine races for this Thursday card where the weather is the main topic. Storms will create havoc for each race as several lines of storms will roll in. I'll list an abbreviated line up as scratches will likely change the card. I will be condensing my plays down to just the numbers and attacking the early double (Races 1 & 2) and a spot pick 3 (Races 4-6). Big Pete will attack his "Play of the Day" and the late pick 3 (Races 7-9). We appreciate you taking a look at this write-up and GOOD LUCK.

Race 4:
Sloppy or Fast, (4) BEDARD stands out against this group. He'll be short odds but looks to be controlling speed. Carmouche can get to the rail and lull them to sleep. One lap around the Spa oval is an easy stroll for this Nyquist.
I’ll use (1) Alternate Reality and (6) Sequential underneath for the exacta.

Big Pete's Late Pick 3:
Race 7:
(8) NODIN switched to the dirt and responded well at a big price. A nice bullet followed that so this guy looms large at a decent price. (4) SILVERUS had nothing left after 4F and threw in the towel. That was odd considering he took tons of money that day. I'll give him another shot as the money is usually right in these cases. With moisture expected, I'll lean on (6) TUTTO A POSTO and (5) PIRATE SHIP to handle it better than the others. Pirate finished behind Nodin last time but he had some trouble at the start and it may have cost him. I'm looking for this one to come back with a solid effort today.
