Sunday racing at the BIG A as we wind down this week of great racing at Keeneland. We have a 10 race card with the G3 Nashua as the feature. I will be focused on the early double (Races 1 & 2) and taking down a spot pick 3 (Races 5-7). Big Pete will have his "Play of the Day" and look to close the card with the late pick 3 (Races 8-10). We appreciate you taking a look at this write-up and GOOD LUCK.

Big Pete's "Play of the Day":
Race 3:
There is plenty of speed signed on and these young fillies still have a lot to learn. The favorites are legit but they will face pressure all the way around. I want the stalker and Curlin filly (2) BINSKY. She was moving with American Rockette who scratched from yesterdays Breeders Cup and then was a gutsy winner next out. She can sit back behind the speeds and make a run at them. Guessing the other fillies will get tired through the lane.
I’ll use with (1) Crypto Mama and (4) Good Sam
$ 7.00 WPS 2 Cost $ 21.00
$ 3.00 Ex Box 1, 2, 4 Cost $ 18.00
We’ll also use (2) BINSKY in R3 and try to cash a DAILY DOUBLE play.
(5) Scramble and (8) Don't Let Me Down look solid in race 4.
$ 7.00 Double 2 w/ 5, 8 Cost $ 14.00
Big Pete's Late Pick 3:
Race 8:
(7) NEW GINYA has been right there in all six starts. I wonder if that if the theme with this filly. This Tonalist may have found the right field and is a must use for me. I want the other Tonalist because the odds will be much higher. (1) TAPPLE CIDER has been a different filly this year vs last. Her three Spa runs showed her closing kick winning one and settling for 2nd in another. Something wasn’t right in her last as she faced this level and couldn’t mount a charge. I like the jockey switch for this and the hedge will allow her to save some ground. (3) WATERVILLE is a deserving favorite and is your likely winner with these connections. A must use for me. (6) SARATOGA CHROME also picked her game up this year and likes to hit the board.
$ 7.00 WPS 1 Cost $ 21.00
$ 3.00 Ex 1, 3 w/ 1, 3, 6, 7 Cost $ 18.00
Race 9:
This looks chalky as the two favorites posted high speed figures breaking their maiden wins. I prefer the Justify colt (4) CHAMPIONS DREAM over the Into Mischief colt (1) FULL MOON MADNESS only because Irad sticks with that one. Both will be on the ticket but I will try the outside runner (6) AMERICAN SPEED. With Quality Road underneath, this colt figures to excel at this 1M distance as he [roved in his maiden score. He added blinkers last time and he was all business. Prat gets the call.
$ 7.00 WPS 6 Cost $ 21.00
$ 3.00 Ex Box 1, 4, 6 Cost $ 18.00
Race 10:
Brown has two that he is dropping in class and wants no part of. We’ll use both (5) WHAT A DUDE and (7) MOST WANTED MEN just because of the connections but this is a not the barns strongest move. I will try to beat all of them with the Summer Front gelding (11) ON PALM SUNDAY from Donk. His speed figures are high enough against this group and he likes the lead. With a lack of early zip in here, Carmouche can be aggressive and try to find the hedge going into the quick first bend. He’s worth a shot at this 10:1 ML. (13) MAD MAGIC draws in and has two turf tries where he closed into a paceless race. I like him to hit the board.
