Nine races on this Chilly Friday at the Big A. I will be condensing my plays down to just the numbers and attacking the early double (Races 1 & 2) and a spot pick 3 (Races 4-6). Big Pete will attack his "Play of the Day" and the late pick 3 (Races 7-9). We appreciate you taking a look at this write-up and GOOD LUCK.

R5: 1, 3, 8, 9

Big Pete's $ 1.00 Late Pick 3:

R7: 8, 9

R8: 1, 4, 5

R9: 3, 6, 8, 9 Cost: $ 24.00

Big Pete's "Play of the Day":

Race 3:

(1) JACKSON'S DIXIE has a race or two that match up well. We just haven't seen it in a while. They put her in with other girls that need relief as well. This one seems more wide open with the scratch. The others may go at it up front and she can spoil the party late.

I’ll use (2) Echo In Eternity and (3) Firstlady Rosalynn underneath for the exacta.

We’ll also use (1) Jackson's DIxie in R3 and try to cash in on a Daily Double.

(2) Big Air and (5) Chocolatechocolate in the 4th.

Big Pete's Late Pick 3:

Race 7:

(9) MAXALUNA stays in and the other one comes out. for for Rice. She's the one jumping up so the barn feels confident with this move. I'll look to beat her with (8) MOON GATE. She drops and figures to put them asleep up front. A clean break and that just might do it.

Race 8:

(5) WITH THE ANGELS returned off a year absence to handle NW1X rather easy. Rice keeps her sound and figures to get a nice set up today. She enters a rabbit for her to press Twirling Beauty who will try to wire them. The duel should work well for the Angel. I like two closers to pick them up late for the minors. Both (1) MAGGY'S PALACE and (4) ROSWELL will wait for the front runners to start backing up and run by them close to home.

Race 9:

(8) LADY ROSE and (9) BASEBALL LADY both raced on the 7th and the LADY ran a faster speed figure under similar surface. I'll side more with her. Brown drops (6) FACTORY SETTING off a nice effort against MSW. This is not his strong move as he's looking to get rid of her. I'll use defensively only and try to beat her with (3) MAGIC IN MY EYES. Johnny V sticking around for the finale in a maiden claimer is always dangerous. A nice breeze in the AM for this Classic Empire who drops for an easier spot. A must play for me at this 8:1ML.
